Aileen Chen

Seoul Foreign School 2024'

Vice president

Hey! My name is Aileen Chen, I will be serving as your vice president of Stress Zero Global and your president of the chapter club located in Seoul. Over the years, addressing mental health for myself and my peers has almost become a routine. High school is one of the most stressful times for hard-working students, thus I hope to become a solution to your problems. As a global executive that is also overseeing the Seoul chapter club, I wish to act as a liaison, to communicate and design stress alleviating methods catered towards varying cultures and socital pressure. I noticed that stress in Korea can be different from the type of stress in China, with South Korea’s rapid development in education, technology, and economy, we have not progressed in the levels of happiness. A personal goal of mine is to mold our program into something flexible and available for everyone. Contact me at aileen.chen.24@seoulforeign.org or @aileenxchen on instagram!

Secretary

Hey guys! My name is Cindy Chen, and I am the vice president for Stress Zero SASPD. I joined Stress Zero in 2021 out of a hope to aid the transition into high school for my fellow peers. High school is stressful — we all know it. Stress Zero has been a great opportunity for me to learn more about the whys and hows of our natural emotional and mental struggles. It has also been an awesome medium to contribute to the SAS community through hosting events, as well as our global community through social media. I love to help others, no matter if they are a close friend or a complete stranger. Besides Stress Zero, I am also an executive in WILL Foundation, and an active member of Pudong Press and Tri-M Music Honors Society. As I continue to serve this community, I am highly anticipant of the exciting events and accessible support to come for high school students. You can contact me at dong01pd2025@saschina.org or @cindy.chen213 on Instagram!

Floater

Hello everyone! My name is Cas Clysner, and I am the secretary for Stress Zero SASPD. Last year, in 2021, I joined Stress Zero, but in this short time, I learned a tremendous amount about mental health and how it is a vital part of your overall well-being. I have seen many of my friends struggle with mental health issues; however, I was never able to support them because I didn’t understand their struggles. Joining Stress Zero did not only allow me to understand these pressing issues. But it also taught me how to help my friends with their mental health. As I wish to continue serving this community through Stress Zero, I am excited about their accessible supportive programs for students and future events. Besides Stress Zero, I was also the varsity volleyball captain, an active member of varsity soccer and a part of STUCO. Contact me at cas01pd2025@saschina.org or through Instagram @casclysner.
