ABOUT Stress Zero
In our increasingly competitive world, it's clear that one of the most prevalent problems facing most students is mental health. The amount of stress placed on them is simply unprecedented, with most having to juggle school, friends, family, extracurriculars, health, and more. Stress Zero Global was created to raise awareness and combat such stress around the world. Our motto is Consequi Statera: Achieve Balance.

Join Us
Become an ambassador
The Ambassador Program was created to help Stress Zero expand its mission and impact to schools around the world. Essentially, the Stress Zero Global Team helps Ambassadors create their own Stress Zero Clubs at their respective schools, guiding them through the club application process. Once approved by the school, the Ambassadors would then serve as the President of their own Stress Zero Club.
Join the team
The next step up in our organization is to become a member of the Stress Zero Global Team, which oversees global operations in four sectors: Social Media, Activities, Chapter Clubs, and Development. Global team members are assigned to work under one of the four sectors, and outstanding members have a chance to be promoted to Sector Head or to the Stress Zero Global Executive Team.
